Life is about making memories..

Life is about making memories..

The power of memories is hard to overstate. We’re capable of remembering events we attended, games we played, people we met, and so much more from years and even decades ago. Even an exchange that may have lasted for a minute or two, all that time ago, can etch itself into our memories.

We were thinking about this power of memories and how important it is to spend time doing the things you love with the people you love. The last thing we want is being sidelined during moments we want to remember because we are stuck behind the wheel. The Remote-Troll not only frees you from the tiller or wheel for hours on end, but allows you to move around your boat to tend lines and downriggers, net fish, bait a hook—and yes, even cook breakfast for the family—all while maintaining control of your boat with a simple little key fob that travels with you.

What Is A Remote Troll?

A Remote-Troll is a bracket for gas powered trolling motors that

  1. a) attaches the motor to the boat, b) allows the motor to be steered from anywhere in the boat with a power cord or by wireless control, and c) provides a steering system for any boat that is independent of the main motor.

Who Needs A Remote-Troll?

Anyone with a 15’-32’+ boat (including pontoon boats) who plans to troll for fish or who wants a “back-up” motor and steering system for emergencies.

What Boats Do The Remote-Troll Fit On?

With more than 15 types of mounting brackets in inventory we can equip almost any boat, whether transom, swim-deck, or pontoon, with our Remote-Troll steering system.

Why Use Remote-Troll Rather Than Another Steering System?

Remote-Troll is the 30+ year time tested system that allows the fisherman to spend his time fishing rather than steering.  Fish from anywhere in the boat while maintaining steering control.  You’re not stuck at the transom or at the steering wheel steering while everyone else fishes.

What Size Trolling Motor Can Be Used On A Remote-Troll?

Up to 15 horsepower 4 stroke.

Does A Remote-Troll Need A Separate Battery?

No.  The Remote-Troll electric motor only draws 3 amps and can run all day on the main battery.
